Windows Insider build is still under testing and development and it comes with bugs and error and unexpected issues. That is why we discourage installing it on production device and only use it for testing. In the first step, make sure report these issues using the Feedback Hub app.
Open start and search for cmd and right click and run it administrator and then type the following command:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and let it runs and see what the result is?
