windows insider fast lane how to get jump ahead program

They have merged the Skip ahead and fast ring but they haven't removed the skip ahead option yet which causes confusion. I've written feedbacks about it but still nothing. skip ahead is a useless option now and does nothing other than causing confusion.

Right now both Skip Ahead and Fast Rings are merged. I can't say when it will fork again, or if it will open back up for additional Insiders.
