Windows Insider cant switch to beta
Help me out here I can't switch over to the beta channel it's disabled.
Try run Windows Update and download and install Windows Update and restart your PC.
If problem persist, open Command prompt as administrator and type the following command:
bcdedit /set flightsigning on
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} flightsigning on
Then restart your PC and see if the problem persist?

- This was an issue with the old build Microsoft released an update and fix this issue, make sure download and install all updates and if problem persist, report it using the Feedback Hub app.
Because currently the version of the Dev channel. differs decisively - the switch will not work.
Only a clean installation and re-registration of the computer in the Beta channel can be a solution
