"Windows Insider Build ran into a problem", but im not enrolled!
Reza_Ameri . Thanks for the reply. I had no updates to download, Ran trouble-shooter and it detected problems and sorted them:

Ran Updater again - no new updates.
What I don't understand is how I get this green screen for Windows Insider programme when I'm not enrolled on it. Does this Preview Update enroll you without your permission? If so, the Insider Programme says my email address is not enrolled
The decisive thing is what kind of build you have now, without this information it is impossible to answer.

I've not upgraded to Win 11 - it came preinstalled on the computer.
Also, I'm NOT enrolled on an Insider programme
