Windows Insider Build not updating
Windows Update says I am all up to date. However, on the Insider Programme section, it says a newer build is available. I am currently on 22621.105 and am on the Beta channel.

You can pause updates for 7 days and after an hour resume downloading updates again, and the new version will be prepared for you!

- You have to wait for a while.
Try check for update and if there is no error, then you are good to go.
Sometimes you need to wait for the build to become available.
