windows insider account

I have installed windows 11 (Windows 11 Pro Dev OS build-21996.1.) on external SSD I get a message: "your windows insider account requires attention". When I click "Fix this" I get an error 0xfffffff.
I searched the network for how to fix this error, but couldn't find it. Maybe you know what kind of problem this account has.
Note: I know that my processor does not currently meet the minimum requirements of WIN11, but in my opinion there is no connection between the error and the incompatibility.
Who can help fix the windows insider account problem?
