windows defender stop work

Currently, there is an issue where Windows Defender gets stuck halfway through a full system scan.

First of all, the basic configuration: CPU 9950x3d. Memory 96GB, hard drive capacity 75TB, The total number of files I need to scan is about 7 million.The current situation is that Defender freezes when scanning approximately 4.7 million files.

Currently, multiple system freezes have occurred during the scanning process of approximately 6.5 million images on the mechanical hard drive, for reasons unknown.

what i have done

1.The currently completed checks include: the execution results of the chkdsk and sfc commands, all of which are normal.

2.Run the ProductStatus analysis command. The result is the binary representation of ProductStatus 524288: 10000000000000000000. This may indicate that the service is waiting for certain operations to complete.

3.After reinstalling the system later, running Defender still gets stuck.

4.The file itself has been rewritten multiple times and was copied and verified using TeraCopy. The file is intact, and the file path does not exceed the limit.

My current Windows 11 Professional,version 25H2, OS build is 26200.6899
