Windows copilot not launching

I have been testing Copilot for a few weeks now. Suddenly it no longer shows me the results. I just get text and a small square that shows that the image cannot be viewed. When I tried later to see the images, they were small and the ability to save the images was prevented. I asked Copilot about this and it suggested that I update my Windows and do troubleshooting as this is nothing to do with Copilot. Bad news, though, for Copilot as I have using image creation and design software for 24 years, and when a symbol comes up with text, instead of the image and then the image appears, but the stuff allowing for resizing and saving doesn't work, these are all programming issues with Copilot. These have nothing to do with Office or our computers. When is Microsoft going to fix this problem? As a journalist and designer, if this isn't going to be fixed, and the AI cannot admit that it is having programming issues, then I have no choice, but to warn the general public about its short comings and question whether or not this is because it is deliberately programmed to fail after a short time of testing. Time for a real response instead of a blanket series of excuses.
