Windows Computer Install
Over the weekend carried out much research (geeking), regarding Windows 11 install USB creation,
with the intention of creating install USBs, from MS download, without needing WMCT, or 3rd party app.
In short, what was an unexpected success, was creating a * Working *, GPT/EFI Boot USB, with "single", primary NTFS partition.
This appears in UEFI boot menu and boots on a DELL Latitude 5490 8th Gen laptop, but not an 8th Gen Dell Optiplex 3070.

That’s an impressive achievement—creating a working GPT/EFI bootable Windows 11 USB directly from Microsoft's downloads, with just a single NTFS partition, and it boots on your Latitude 5490 but not on the Dell Optiplex 3070. It highlights how hardware and firmware differences can influence boot compatibility.
