Hello,Suggest try the following steps:
- Open PowerShell by using Administrator rights
- Copy and paste Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage to the PowerShell window and press enter
- Close the PowerShell and retry

I have tried everything in this thread, and nothing works. I have used DISM repair, SFC scannow, restore and repair in the app settings....nothing. I simply have a blank screen when I go to Windows Security, and nothing shows up in the taskbar.
Little_Joe This is what I get when I try and run this.

- Little_JoeMay 10, 2022Bronze ContributorWell... Your case are different with this thread. It is seems the Windows Security app corrupted. Did you running with Windows 11 Insider Preview Build? If yes, pls let me know the build number.

Little_JoeNo, I am running the standard build. As you can see, it was just installed. It was an upgrade from Windows 10.
Also, DISM and SFC come back clean.
