windows 11

I am trying to download windows 11 but I get the error as below

There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x8024402f)

Also it says update paused, Please advise how to download windows 11. 

my comp meets the minium requirements for windows 11

    Are you able to update Windows?
    Try open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
