Windows 11

Hello. I have several problems in the assembly of windows 11 Pro N OC 21996.1
1. At startup, Microsoft EDGE closes, after 1-2 seconds of work.
2. Unable to install DirectX component (this is my biggest pain)
3.Incomplete translation of the Start menu and settings (I am a user from Russia)
4. Inability to upgrade to Build 22000.51 because. there are some system limitations (it does not show new updates in the Windows update center, it says that I am using the latest version)

    Hello,

    The first official build of Windows 11 is 22000.51. If you've a stable version, you can configure Windows Insider program settings to receive preview builds. If your system is eligible, you should see the preview update for build 22000.51, like others have got.
