Windows 11, version 22H2 Insider Preview fails to upload

The latest Windows 11 Update, version 22H2 Insider Preview 10.0.22598.1 (ni_release) failed to upload on two attempts. I received error code 0x8024001e.

My laptop started the update but after a lengthy period stopped with a black screen and its cursor in the extreme upper left corner. I shut down the laptop, restarted it, and it tried to start, then restarted again to uninstall the update, return the laptop to its previous Windows 11 Pro version, which is evaluation copy, Build 22593.ni_release 220402-1100.

Is there any way to address this error so I can update to version 22H2?
