If the Windows 11 upgrade is failing, try using the WinUpgradeMate app. It's more powerful and reliable than the official tool.
1. Download the latest Windows 11 ISO image from Microsoft.
2. Run the WinUpgradeMate app and import the ISO image.
3. Choose an upgrade method and start the upgrade. That is!
