Windows 11 updates issue after enabled inside preview programm

Dear support,

I have windows 11 pro arm64 installed on virtual machine. After I enabled the inside program. Windows started to download new updates "Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22623.741 (ni_release)"
but at the end of that, I obtained the error code "Install error - 0x800f081f". There is now no way to go on with the updates and I am in stuck with. 

Can you please help me?
