Nearly a year later and I decided to upgrade to Windows 11 - biggest mistake. Taskbar takes around 7 minutes to load, keep getting a pop up to say 'Cannot start program, no permissions' when I'm clearly labelled as an admin, the settings window takes around 12 minutes to load, and to click any option from there takes another 10. Currently cannot download anything, as when it finishes and tried to open, I get a javascript error, so can't even downgrade back to windows 10. Currently uninstalling the security update to see if that helps. You'd think after a year they'd have improvements, but it's just problem after problem.
