Windows 11 Taskbar stuck on left screen of nVidia Surround triple monitor setup

Seems like whenever there is an Nvidia update my system has some quirks as well. Have tried numerous fixes. Last time I just shutdown the computer after Nvidia driver updated and then restarted.  Then I checked to see what Windows said about the order of my displays first. I noted that the backgrounds on both monitors had defaulted to what the #1 monitor was.  Then I checked the Nvidia program to see if the monitor / display numbers were the same as the Windows one.  In my case shutting down completely and starting up again seemed to solve the monitor order problem. Previously I would find the Nvidia settings wrong just after installing an update. Apparently there are some processes that need to be completed by rebooting?  Not a new problem here. I have an Intel based system with dual GTX cards and the drivers are usually very good. Just that the install process has some hiccups.
