Windows 11 taskbar setting icon overlapping with up arrow

as you can see from the picture, it happens from when I updated my laptop to windows 11. at first I thought that TaskbarX is the one who should take the blame but when I turn it off and restart...

Hello,
You should upgrade to Build 22543 and then perform a reboot to retry. As this has been resolved in this Build.

    Go to Settings > Windows Update > install the latest updates. Then trying to perform a reboot.

      tried that, the icons still overlap.
