Windows 11 system language problems
The default language is Chinese, but I need to use English UI for my work,
so I downloaded English(US), and restarted countless times,
these are the language problems I found below:
(1) Settings sill in Chinese
(2) File Explorer still in Chinese
(2) Application name still in Chinese
(3) Notifications still in Chinese
(4) Widgets refresh problem(crash) in Chinese
(5) Searchbar in start menu still in Chinese "在此輸入要搜尋的內容"
Deleting the Chinese option still gives the same result.

You explained to us that it doesn't work.
But why didn't you install English on your entire system by default
Windows?- I have set the default language to English and deleted Chinese after everything was installed, as shown in screenshots. English priority.
I think they should work which means that the language setting can cover the overall system.
but now, English and Chinese are messed up in the system.I suggest you go back to the Chinese language - restart!
after a few hours change back to English!

- Have you checked the language setting to make sure English has been selected as your language?
Is it an upgrade from Windows 10 Home Single Language or Windows 10 Home?
Try report this issue through the Feedback Hub app.hi! Reza! I found that there were many of the same questions I had in the feedback hub, which seemed to be common issues.
So far, there is no solution.
- In case you see the same issue in the Feedback Hub, try upvote them (instead of creating a new one) and you may add a comment on existing one.
Since this is the evaluation version such issues are expected and hopefully will resolve in next updates.
