Windows 11 system language problems
The default language is Chinese, but I need to use English UI for my work,
so I downloaded English(US), and restarted countless times,
these are the language problems I found below:
(1) Settings sill in Chinese
(2) File Explorer still in Chinese
(2) Application name still in Chinese
(3) Notifications still in Chinese
(4) Widgets refresh problem(crash) in Chinese
(5) Searchbar in start menu still in Chinese "在此輸入要搜尋的內容"
Deleting the Chinese option still gives the same result.

You explained to us that it doesn't work.
But why didn't you install English on your entire system by default

I think they should work which means that the language setting can cover the overall system.

I suggest you go back to the Chinese language - restart!
after a few hours change back to English!

hi! Reza! I found that there were many of the same questions I had in the feedback hub, which seemed to be common issues.
So far, there is no solution.

Since this is the evaluation version such issues are expected and hopefully will resolve in next updates.
