Windows 11 Start menu/taskbar issue

Hello. I've recently upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 using the insider program, and the taskbar is not working at all. It is still stuck on the original Windows 10 version, which means that I cannot use the start menu and search function. I've tried resetting file explorer using task manager, but with no luck.

I looked around online for help, but nobody was able to offer a fix. As a result, I left the insider program and went back to Windows 10. I offered feedback on the Feedback Hub, but I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue, or has been able to find a fix?
