Windows 11 Start menu not working
I just updated to Windows 11 today and the Start menu hasn't been successfully opened. I've tried to open it with touchscreen, mouse, physical keyboard and the touch keyboard but none of them worked...

I can only surmise that KB5036980 is contained within KIB5037862 which is why it's not visible. I would suggest, if you're happy with Win 11 as it was before that latest update, I would be inclined to ininstall it, via the route previously explained. I also took the precaution of ensuring that auto-update was not active and, as a further block, in case MS can override that, I also made me active time 03:00 to 04:00, atime when I know there will be no power available to my PC.

"ininstall" should, of course read "uninstall".
