Windows 11 Start menu not working

I just updated to Windows 11 today and the Start menu hasn't been successfully opened. I've tried to open it with touchscreen, mouse, physical keyboard and the touch keyboard but none of them worked...

Fix #4 worked for me. Task Manager actually showed two copies of Windows Explorer open. I clicked re-start for both and only one popped back up. The Start button started working correctly after this.
