Windows 11 Start menu not working
I just updated to Windows 11 today and the Start menu hasn't been successfully opened. I've tried to open it with touchscreen, mouse, physical keyboard and the touch keyboard but none of them worked...

I'm able to temporarily fix the problem by restarting explorer by going to Task Manager (CTRL+Shift+Escape), right clicking on Windows Explorer and restarting it.
If Windows Explorer isn't in the process list, goto File -> Run New Task, enter "explorer", then restart it after. Either way, the start menu seems to reboot as well when you restart explorer.

Update to my original post, like some others here, update KB5006746 seems to have fixed the problem for me. The Start Menu now loads properly during fullscreen apps when I hit the windows key, and won't break during fullscreen apps running nor when I close them shortly after (and some other weird bugs with multiple monitors).
Thanks for the fix devs!
