I've found a couple of good workarounds with 3rd party software:
- START11 does an excellent job of returning the Win 10 Start page format.
-ExplorerPatcher works well to return Win 10 Taskbar functionality, i.e.: placement to bottom, top, left and right sides of the screen. My only complaint is it only works on the main screen. On a dual monitor system the Taskbar remains on the bottom 😞 😞
