Hi Joerg_Baermann I agree your opinion. I have a wacom screen below my main screen. when I move a window I don't like the taskbar in there. It feel like the taskbar block my way.
I don't know why windows 11 try to make a taskbar that can't move. If you try force move it to the top the animation look weird.
