Windows 11 sound bar

In windows 10 in the old sound setting when that application made noise there was a green bar that showed it made noise. Windows 11 has it but only for the master volume why? Sometimes applications have the multiple sounds sections to change and I can't tell which one its coming from (e.g Discord). The feature is already there so why can't can't they have it for each app?
