Windows 11 Settings Buttons Highlighted With Black Boxes

New Windows 11 PC randomly shows black boxes around Wi-Fi and other settings buttons. They disappear on refresh but keep reappearing. Is this normal? What’s causing it?

    Windows 11 is still relatively new and may have occasional bugs or glitches, especially if updates haven't been installed or if the system is in a beta or insider build.

    Update your graphics card drivers and disable the Always show scroll bars option

    Update your graphics card driver, and go to Settings > Accessibility > Visual Effects to turn off the Always show scrollbars option.
