Windows 11 settings and notifications broken
This evening everything works great. However, from unknown reason, settings broken or messed. Starting showing some strange settings, about mobile data, sim1, holo lens... Many things I never saw before.
Notifications not opening at all. Control center working but showing"something went wrong"...
Can I somehow reset settings, or I need to reinstall complete system?

- Just solved my problem. Problem is somewhere in language packs. Everything was fine, but suddenly Serbian Latin package started to showing strange settings and blocking notifications panel. Managed to uninstall language pack. Now I am in English again and everything is working.
