Windows 11 Search Bar Stuck Loading

After updating to Windows 11, my taskbar search box keeps loading indefinitely. Another updated PC works fine—how to fix this?

    Running the command prompt to restart the Windows Explorer process will resolve the issue

    Run Command Prompt as an administrator, execute `wsreset`, and restart the Windows Explorer process.
