Windows 11 requiring activation after joining insider program
The options app says Windows is not activated for some reason. I haven't modified the hardware in any way. All the trouble started after I downloaded a Beta channel update.

Insider builds can sometimes lose activation due to their preview nature. Usually, re-logging into your Microsoft account or running the activation troubleshoot helps.
Running insider builds can sometimes cause these issues temporarily. If stability is more important, consider switching back to the stable release.
Re - log in to your Microsoft account or enter a valid Windows activation key to restore the system activation status
