Windows 11 repeatedly creates OneFile folders on the C drive.

The root directory of the C drive repeatedly generates a folder named OnetFile (containing an empty subfolder named recv). After deletion, it periodically reappears. Each time this folder is created, Explorer experiences noticeable lag. The computer does not have OneNote or OneDrive installed. This is suspected to be malware residue or an abnormal system component. Seeking the source investigation and a method for complete removal.
