My computer will error out to the BSOD where is offers the Advanced or Restart Windows options.

Dell Inspiron 7790 AIO with external Seagate USB Hard Drives and Bluetooth Logitech Keyboard and Trackball.  It is also my Plex Media Server for Windows.  I keep everything up-to-date (drivers and firmware).  It was fine until I upgraded to the latest Windows Insider Preview (listed above).

This is for your information and hopefully a fix.
