Windows 11 ping spikes

when i am playing video games i have every 2 sec ping spike it seems like loss pocket lag 

but after all it was clear that this was ping lag when i checked it on command prompt 

C:\Users\muham>ping 192.168.1.1

then i tried another laptop and the ping was very consistend and have no lag 

the other laptop that i use for test was run on windows 10 and intel core i7 9th gen

and my laptop is runing on windos 11 and  r7 6800h 

I already tried to make  factory data reset and there is no response 

i hope to take my feed in consideration
