Windows 11 not showing the cmd prompt anymore by shift+restart

I was trying to uninstall grub bootloader after uninstalling Ubuntu as a dualboot system. I selected my system partition and typed the command "active" and restarted my computer without typing "bcdboot c:/windows" which caused this problem.

Does anyone how to make the computer show up the command prompt in shift+restart menu again?

Not only CMD but also many other options aren't available anymore
