Windows 11 multi monitor taskbar not working properly
The Windows 11 multi monitor taskbar is not working properly. The taskbar is visible on the secondary monitors but seems to have little functionality or is "broken". Tested this on multiple systems. ...
This is a "known" issue with the release. It's noted on the release notes.

As of November 12, 2021 this is still a problem in the official release of Windows 11. My secondary monitor taskbar does not appear at all, and I cannot get it to come up even when in the Taskbar portion of Personalization in Settings I have the box checked stating "Show my taskbar in all displays." However, the taskbar will show on the secondary monitor if I uncheck "Automatically hide the taskbar," but allowing the taskbar to hide reverts to the previous behavior, and the secondary monitor taskbar never appears.
