- I was experiencing what I think was the same issue, and although I couldn't find anything online about it, other than this post, I eventually found a solution.
Go to Settings > System > Display > Multiple Displays > Ease cursor movement between displays.
I was so annoyed by this issue. Thank you so much for sharing the solution!
Not sure what the setting is called "Ease cursor movement ...". It does the opposite of ease.
