Noteable mention;
I just experienced same issue, but unchecking was not sufficient.
However, I blame that to the fact i'm using a wireless mouse. When i turned my mouse off after i changed the setting and turned it back on, it was solved.
(On/Off didn't solve it prior to changing this setting)
