- Jan 10, 2023I was experiencing what I think was the same issue, and although I couldn't find anything online about it, other than this post, I eventually found a solution.
Go to Settings > System > Display > Multiple Displays > Ease cursor movement between displays.

DayLit Thank you so much for taking the time to explain this so eloquently. This stupid 'feature' was about to cause me to lose my mind. I seriously hope whoever came up with this idea is fired and blacklisted from the IT community forever. They have no business anywhere near technology, although I have to give them credit for including a toggle. Thank goodness they included a toggle.
