- Jan 10, 2023I was experiencing what I think was the same issue, and although I couldn't find anything online about it, other than this post, I eventually found a solution.
Go to Settings > System > Display > Multiple Displays > Ease cursor movement between displays.

Why is this turned on by default?!?
It makes life with multiple monitors hell, especially if you're doing something like...oh I dunno MOVING THE WINDOW SLIDE BAR UP AND DOWN.
Seriously did none of the developers stop and think for one minute that it might be annoying.
and programs I use that have the toolbars at the sides become almost unusable.
I had to google to find out that this was even something that was able to be fixed, just to find out it was a supposed 'feature'
