Windows 11 Media Player Legacy still looks like it’s from the 2000s
I noticed the old Media Player Legacy on Windows 11 still has a 2000s-style interface. Is this kept on purpose by Microsoft?

The legacy media player is a Win32 application retained for compatibility purposes; its interface has not been updated. We recommend using the Media Player or Movies & TV as an alternative.
I highly recommend to drop a feedback on this to Windows engineering team, via Feedback hub app.
