Windows 11 internet speed Issues

Hi I am finding similar issues on Insider Preview 25236.100 (not sure if this was also the case on the same build as Nick as I have only just updgraded sufficient internet speed to observe this.

Also have done the following:
In Device manager for the NIC, I have made the following Changes

Energy-Efficient Ethernet to Disable

Gigabit Lite to Disable

Green Ethernet to Disable

Power saving Mode to Disable

Speed and Duplex to 1Gbps full Duplex

Nick one point of note is that I was getting on LAN and WiFi 16Mb download on a router that has 200Mb available (confirmed on other devices over WiFi)

I disabled IPv6 and this went up to 40Mb - worth trying would be interested to see of you get a difference.
