Windows 11 Insider Update saying "Somthing Went Wrong, Try Again Later"

I have been in contact with the MS Support which has helped me, but I have been having this problem for months, I don't want to erase all of the data off of my device but I want to get out of the Insider Programme and install the Normal Windows 11 Version. 

On the opt out it says to "Unenroll this device immediately" which deletes all of my data, where as the other option, "Unenroll this device when the next version releases" doesn't.

It would be appreciated if someone could help me as I really need to update my machine as I don't want to miss it.
