Windows 11 insider program

I just joined to windows insider program on my windows 11 22H2 OS but the problem is after completing joining the insider program steps my pc just restarted itself with no update installing, the usual and regular restart, my windows insider is on now but there isn't any "check for updates" button and my OS build is 22621.2215 which is so old and outdated, I don't know what should I do and I need help
