1. Rejoin the Insider Program
Open Settings → Update & Security → Windows Insider Program
Sign in with your Microsoft account
Select the preview channel (Dev/Beta/Release Preview)
Reboot and check for updates to get the preview version
2. Preview known issues
Misaligned taskbar icons
File Explorer lags
Frame rate drop in some games
3. Exit the Insider Program
Go to Settings → Windows Insider Program
Click “Stop getting preview versions”
Select:
Pause updates only (keep current preview version)
Exit completely (requires a full system reinstall)
4. Feedback
Press Win+F to report a problem
Search for similar issues in Feedback Hub
Attached:
System version (Win+R for winver)
Point in time when the problem occurred
Screenshot/log of the error
5. Rollback to stable version
Keep the file fallback (valid for 10 days):
Settings → Recovery → Back to previous version
