Windows 11 insider preview

I have a M1 MacBook Pro and run Windows 11 insider preview in a virtual environment (Parallels) since November 2021. I have never used a password but have recently been looked out despite resetting my Microsoft password. Can’t contact anyone for help and all the online support does not address the problem
