Error code 0x80070032 at 25-95% installation. Have received the same result 11 times.

Stuck on Windows Pro Insider Version 24H2

OS build 26100.2161
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.32.0Still not able to complete update.
I started the ISO 26100.2161 (24H2), but found no Repair Option - only complete erase and reinstall with no saving of personal files and apps. I quit. Net result: No progress.
I have received no replies to date, and resubmitted.
