Windows 11 Insider Preview 23615.1000 (ni_prerelease) Update Error 0x80070002
I encountered an issue while attempting to upgrade my PC to Windows 11 Insider Preview 23615.1000 (ni_prerelease). Despite seeking assistance from Tech Support, the problem persists and appears to be a persistent bug.
Despite numerous update attempts, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I've taken various troubleshooting steps, including restarting Windows Update Service, Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and Cryptographic Services. Additionally, I've utilized the Windows troubleshooter, but none of these measures have proven effective.
The recurring problem arises during the second boot after the BIOS step in the upgrade process. Following this, the update fails and displays an error message indicating that "Changes made to the computer are being undone."
I appreciate any guidance or insights you can provide to address this issue.
