Exact issue with similar stats. On a ASUS ROG STRIX G513QM
AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX w RADEON GRAPHICS
32GB RAM installed
nVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

It's rather annoying actually because it attempts to update against my will and when it does, it locks up the system having to manually power it off and back on, then there's always a chance it will ask for the bitlocker to unlock the darned thing or it will do a rollback and fail and try again later...
