I removed my AMD Graphic card but was still unsuccessful in installing the update. So, at least for me, the failure to update is not having an AMD graphics card.
My processor is an Intel-based one: an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz, which is supported by Windows 11.
I use Norton Driver Update to check if any of my drivers are up to date: they all are.
So let us take a step back: first, this is a problem for how many users- Does anyone know?
Second, this failure to update has not been solved by a subsequent patch - Is this correct? And if so, what is the patch ID?
Third, Microsoft has many resources to fix this problem, so I think they know the solution or have a fundamental problem. In either case, they should tell us what they know.
I am starting to get impatient with Microsoft.
