Same problem, Goes through the whole install process,
On final boot up undoes all changes.
Back to 23620.1000
after waiting for 2 weeks and running a few updates trouble shooters (strangely every run showed error corrected) tried it again and wasted more of my time.
Same result " undo update with xc1900101 error. I am done!!!!! will put updates on hold until this BS is fixed by MS.
